Q: I installed devices and gateways, what else do I need to do?

A: After install, you must complete the room settings for each customer.

Q: When will I be able to view room conditions? When will my Maturity Score be available?

A: Room Conditions will be available as soon as the devices are installed and connected (may take up to 1 hour from install). Maturity Scores will be available 30 days after rooms enter CA conditions (less than 6% oxygen).

Example: Devices were installed on August 15th in Room 1. This room was kept at RA conditions until September 15th when it entered CA (less than 6% O2).

• Room conditions would be available for review starting August 15th.
• Maturity Scores would be available October 15th (30 days after entering CA)

Q: How do customers access the dashboard?

A: AgroFresh customers will access Strella's dashboard through the link on their FreshCloud account. Other customers should login at https://iot.strella.ai/.
