Q: Should I install gateways or devices first?

A: Always install gateways first. This is the only way to verify connectivity of devices when placed in the room.

You will be asked to log in using your email and then receive a confirmation email to gain access.

Q: How many devices do I install per room and where should they be located?

A: We install 2 devices per room. We recommend placing them on either side of the door near the wall. In these locations, they are out of the way and accessible.

Q: How do I get the cellular connection on the gateways to work?

A: Gateways are shipped with activated SIM cards. They will connect to cellular service automatically once powered on. The SIMs are multi-carrier meaning they will switch to the carrier with the strongest connection. In every country we are active, we have multiple carriers the gateways can connect to.
